The HZMB shuttle bus operator is selected by the governments of Guangdong Province, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region in order to enable residents of the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao to easily travel to and from the Zhuhai, Hong Kong and Macao ports of the Bridge by public transport after the completion and commissioning of the HZMB.

The HZMB shuttle bus will operate once every 5-10 minutes during peak hours, once every 10-15 minutes during non-peak hours, and once every 15-30 minutes at night. The shuttle bus schedule will be adjusted in time according to the passenger flow, serving passengers between Hong Kong Port and Zhuhai Port, Hong Kong Port and Macao port through the HZMB 24 hours a day.

While ensuring quality service, HZMB shuttle buses have invested in the construction of a complete vehicle safety monitoring system and implemented a strict driver management system, so that vehicles have always maintained a high level of driving safety factor. At the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, there are counter ticketing services, station services and self-service ticket collection machines.
