Dear Passengers,

To further standardize, regulate, and enhance excess baggage services while ensuring the safety of passenger transportation, in accordance with the laws and regulations of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, as well as cross-border road transport industry standards, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Shuttle Bus Company has decided to implement new charges for excess baggage. The details are hereby announced for public consultation: 

1.         Free Allowance:

      Passengers holding full-fare or discounted tickets are permitted one free piece of baggage, provided its dimensions do not exceed  76 cm × 51 cm × 32 cm (30 in × 20 in × 13 in) or the sum of its length, width, and height does not exceed 159 cm (63 in), and its weight does not exceed 20 kg.

2.         Excess Baggage Charges:

      For baggage exceeding the free allowance, passengers must purchase an excess baggage ticket at a rate of RMB 29 or HKD/MOP 33 per piece.

3.         Applicability:

The excess baggage charges apply only to routes between the Hong Kong Port and the Zhuhai/Macao Ports. For baggage policies on the Hong Kong Airport Bonded-Bus Line, please refer to the relevant provisions in the Bonded-Bus Passenger Guidelines.

4.         Public Consultation Period:

      The announcement will be open for feedback from June 3, 2025, to June 9, 2025.
